Professional Biography

As a diversity and inclusion professional with a strong compliance background, Kathryne promotes equitable communities by identifying systemic barriers and fostering necessary organizational change. This is accomplished through policy development and revision, coaching leadership, supporting diversity recruiting, providing bias awareness training, and managing other cross departmental initiatives. She is a thoughtful leader adept at navigating the complexities of large, multifaceted organizations while successfully developing collaborative relationships with other colleagues and peers.
