They are experts in their respective fields - from bioengineering to social work - and their proven research and methods are embedded in every piece of our programming.
Eugene Walls
With an MSW and PhD in sociology, Eugene Walls focuses his work on mentoring LGBQ and transgender/nonbinary doctoral students and contribute to the social justice goals of GSSW and Equity Labs.
Linda Newell
Senator Linda Newell dedicates herself to transforming systems, communities, and hearts with a trauma-informed, socially just lens.
Breigh Roszelle
With a PhD in bioengineering, Dr. Breigh Roszelle has experience and interest in first-year engineering experiences, assessment, inclusive excellence, and active learning pedagogy, including project-based learning.
Patricia Gonzalez
With a doctorate in Organizational Change & Leadership, Patricia has experience in multicultural student leadership, promoting social justice and increasing equity in higher education institutions.
Stephanie Lang
Stephanie leads with her heart, and a growth mindset, and has a background in Learning & Development at corporations (and improv!) which contributes to her facilitating change within individuals and groups.
Carolyn Coles
Carolyn is a doctoral student of Criminology, passionate about education reform, economic development, and racial justice.

The environmental justice movement and indigenous peoples are a closely tied history in the United States. Assistant Director Ashley Hill shares the history of environmental justice and the women who have advanced the work and rights of the communities largely impacted by the environment.
