Equity Labs facilitates diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice workshops that are committed to creating organizational change through critical reflection, methods of inclusive policy development, and culture building. The workshop’s incorporates cross-industry, research-backed information vetted by faculty and staff from the Graduate School of Social Work, a leading research university.
What You Can Expect
Customized Training and Content
We tailor every diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice training sequence to center your organization goals and adjust content to align with your team’s readiness.
Facilitation from Experienced Coaches
Each of our coaches has extensive background in facilitating conversations around new concepts and implementing diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice strategies. We pair coaches based on your organization’s industry, needs, and goals.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Skill-Building
Each workshop is designed for employees at every level of readiness to build DEIJ skills that can be applied to every day work life experiences and evolve over time.
How It Works
Our Packages:
We offer 4, 8, or 12 workshops based on identified needs
All sessions are designed for remote, hybrid, or in-person participation
Workshops are delivered at a customizable frequency no more than one month apart
Each workshop consists of 2-hours of synchronous and 2-hours of asynchronous engagement
Each session will be guided by 2 Equity Labs Coaches

Assess the impact of the workshops on the individuals and the organization

Transformational Organization Change
We support your organization in achieving systemic and lasting change by utilizing a model that engages four critical facets at every organizational level. Each workshop helps build your organization's critical reflection and examination skills to engage in transformational, long-lasting change.
The Equity Labs Design Team, through a collective analysis of previous partnerships and research-backed data on achieving systemic change in an organization, designed human-centered workshops that are customizable for your organization.
Intrapersonal Workshops
An individual’s understanding of themselves, their identities, positions, values, perceptions, and worldviews.
Epistemic Workshops
How an organization understands itself including how an organization understands its stakeholders, its practices, and the ethics that govern its discipline or industry.
Interpersonal Workshops
The way two or more people interact with each other including communication, conflict management, and advancing the work of the organization.
Institutional Workshops
The policies, programs, and processes that dictate the overall function of an organization in advancing toward meeting its end goal.
