Kathryne Grove
Kathryne works to create fair and inclusive communities by identifying barriers and helping organizations make changes. She does this through policy development, coaching leaders, supporting diversity efforts, and training on bias.

Christina Dellaventura
Facilitator Christina Dellaventura is a social program and policy specialist based in New York City with areas of expertise in strategic planning, cohort facilitation, and program design, management, and evaluation

Sudha Shrestha
Facilitator Sudha Shrestha is a first generation Nepalese American scholar practitioner, educator and co-conspirator in the pursuit of collective liberation.

Linda Newell
Linda Newell (she/her) dedicates her life to projects that transform systems, communities, and hearts with a trauma-informed, socially just lens.

Lynda Duran
Lynda Duran (she/her/ella) empowers students, faculty, and staff to re-envision higher education from an asset-based lens in which we can all have culturally meaningful experiences as we collectively disrupt racist, sexist, and homophobic practices.

Taz Romine-Mann
Taz brings a wealth of experience and the ability to contextualize challenging topics and connect deep, emotional work to a diverse spectrum of lived experiences.

Fabiola Mora
Fabiola Mora (she/her/ella) is an experienced DEI scholar-practitioner whose work is rooted in humanity and an ethic of love and care.

Heather Arnold-Renicker
Heather brings her passion for anti-oppressive practices to her work as a professor of Social Work and consultant.

Carolyn Coles
Carolyn is a doctoral student of Criminology, passionate about education reform, economic development, and racial justice.

Stephanie Lang
Stephanie leads with her heart, and a growth mindset, and has a background in Learning & Development at corporations (and improv!) which contributes to her facilitating change within individuals and groups.

Scott Van Loo
Scott has extensive experience in education, facilitation and equity, facilitates through an identity-conscious lens, and has a passion for promoting equity, and creating transformational workplaces.

Patricia Gonzalez
With a doctorate in Organizational Change & Leadership, Patricia has experience in multicultural student leadership, promoting social justice and increasing equity in higher education institutions.

Brianna Johnson
With a background in nonprofit leadership and higher education, Brianna is passionate about building equitable communities, fostering connections, and engaging white folks in the conversation about race to deconstruct systems of oppression.

Courtney Ngai
As a Chemistry PhD, Courtney utilizes her strengths in research inquiry and passion for understanding others to support change and equity in STEM education.

Ebony Wilkinson
Coach Ebony Wilkinson is active in the nonprofit sector and her community, volunteering and holding youth empowerment workshops.
