One of Equity Labs’ grounding ethics is the practice of radical love. The ethic of love guides every interaction, decision, and goal for our organization. bell hooks and her book All About Love serves as a guiding narrative on how love functions as an action, a choice, and a form of justice. We will share how love as a praxis can transform organizations. This Community Hour is designed for leaders and individuals committed to creating workplaces and communities grounded in justice, care, and collective well-being.
