Professional Biography
Brianna Johnson was born and raised in Colorado and currently calls the Denver Metro Bay Area home. Her work centers on building equitable communities through climate solutions. Her passion is calling in white folks to engage in conversations about race so that they actively participate in deconstructing systems of oppression. Brianna holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership and a Bachelor of the Arts in International Studies. She earned both degrees at the University of Denver.
Brianna is an Associate at Lotus Engineering and Sustainability and serves as the Equity Lead. She also is the volunteer project manager for Yoga for the People, a Denver nonprofit that provides free yoga to social service organizations. She is the founder and former Co-Chair of Whites Organizing for Racial Justice (WORC) at the University of Denver.
