Adult Learning in the Workplace

The average American spends 12 years of their lives in educational settings learning the skills they need to be successful but most of us spend up to 40 years in workspaces. If we assume that we continue to learn during that time, then workspaces become important sites of learning. In our Community Hour this month we address Adult Learning Theory and the infusion of play. We will discuss how thinking intentionally about the benefits of both modalities could make our workspaces more enjoyable, creative, and effective.

Our guest co-hosts, Rupa Ryan Kryzer and Emily Saltzman, will cover what adult learning looks like and strategies for implementing it into your workplace practices. Join us on Tuesday, May 28 at 11:00 a.m. MDT for discussion and strategies to support your growth at work!
