Reframing Change Management at Work

Change happens in many variations and at all levels at work from individual teams to entire organizations. Change can lead to feelings of anxiety, confusion, or uncertainty and be met with resistance. Approaching change management strategically and with intention can make a difference in individual and collective acceptance and participation. 

During our September Community Hour, Executive Director Chenthu Jayton and Assistant Director Ashley Hill will address some of the common approaches to change and offer strategies to reframing change management as a leader and within a team.
